WARREN (BDN) --An inmate who escaped Bolduc Correctional Center in Warren early Wednesday morning was recaptured about eight hours later, according to corrections officials. Jason Brown, 33, “left the facility” around 1 a.m. but was captured nearby around 9 a.m., according to a brief news release from Corrections Commissioner Joseph Fitzpatrick.
