Charlotte County (Fla.) Sheriff's detectives are investigating allegations that county jail inmates poisoned the civilian kitchen manager. According to a Sheriff's press release: Paul Parker, a contract employee of ABL Management, drove himself to Charlotte Regional Medical Center on Sunday afternoon after experiencing extreme vomiting and tingling around his mouth. He was treated and released. Jail Sgt. Renee Filliez said jail rumors indicated several inmates put "Ecolab" sanitizer in Parker's coffee and urinated in his Coca-Cola bottle. Inmates who work in the kitchen denied any knowledge of the incident. |
