The Alabama Department of Corrections is investigating the death of Frank Dwayne Ellington, 33, a state work release inmate. According to the Alabama Department of Corrections, Ellington was killed during an industrial accident at Koch Foods poultry plant in Ashland in Clay County around 5:35 p.m., Oct. 29.
