Lewisburg inmate to serve additional time because of assaults

WILLIAMSPORT — An inmate at the U.S. Penitentiary at Lewisburg was sentenced Tuesday to serve an additional 110 months in prison for two separate assaults on inmates.

Kyle Stevens, 27, formerly of Baltimore, Md., previously pleaded guilty to using sharpened metal, a “shank,” to commit assaults in February 2015 and February 2016. He was indicted on two assault charges in July 2016.
