| Jury finds man guilty in murder of retired corrections officer |

MOUNT HOLLY -- A man accused of murdering his gambling buddy, a former corrections officer, has been convicted of the crime. A jury in Burlington County Superioir court found Quinnizel J. Clark, 35, guilty in the slaying of 68-year-old James Dewyer, the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office announced Thursday. He was also convicted on weapon charges related to the murder. Dewyer was found shot to death in his car in Mansfield Township in early 2016. He retired from the New Jersey Department of Corrections in 2010 after nearly 30 years on the job. Read More. |
