| Inmate escapes from Lafayette County Jail |

A 23-year old man escaped from Lafayette County (Ark.) Jail on Sunday afternoon. Authorities are looking for John A. Rodrigues of Hardy, Ark., and believe he may be heading south toward Louisiana. He was being held in the jail on charges of residential burglary and theft of property. Rodrigues is 5 feet 9 inches tall and has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a maroon long john top with three buttons on top, checkered flannel jogging pants/pajama bottoms and leather moccasins. |
