UPDATE 7:40 p.m. From the Kansas Dept. of Corrections: The minimum-custody inmate who walked away from Norton Correctional Facility’s East Unit in Stockton in the morning of Thursday, Dec. 14, was apprehended at approximately 6:30 that evening. Minimum-custody offender Ronald Ray Pollard, 47, was reported missing at approximately 11:15 a.m. when he could not be located at the minimum-security correctional facility.
