GEORGETOWN, Del. - Delaware DOC is searching for an inmate who they say did not return from an approved work pass, in Georgetown. Officials with the Delaware Department of Correction say 34-year-old Kelly Steele, an inmate at the Sussex Community Corrections Center (SCCC) in Georgetown, did not return from an approved work pass, on Saturday. A warrant for escape after conviction was issued, since Steele's whereabouts are currently unknown and unauthorized at this time. According to authorities, Steele is described as standing 5'03" tall, weighing 145 lbs., with blonde hair, and green eyes.Her last know address is in Seaford, DE.
