| ERJ among state correctional facilities working to combat new drug scheme |

MARTINSBURG–West Virginia correctional facilities, aided by the legal community, are working to combat a scheme for smuggling drugs to inmates. That scheme is faking or compromising mail from their lawyers, according to a press release from the state’s department of Military Affairs and Public Safety.
