ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Two inmates that escaped from a Florida jail, and allegedly passed through Western North Carolina, have been captured in Oklahoma. Oklahoma District 21 Task Force members were able to arrest Ronly Diaz Pardo and David Allan Anderson after an attempted traffic stop in Oklahoma just before 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
