The man accused of being the lookout while one inmate beat another at Floyd County Prison was charged in the incident Wednesday and booked into jail. According to Floyd County Jail records: Dashan Christopher Daubon, 24, of 2720 Norfair Loop in Lithonia, is charged with the felonies conspiracy to commit a crime and riot in a penal institution.
