GARFIELD COUNT, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT)-- An inmate was taken back into custody Tuesday morning after authorities said he escaped from jail. According to the Garfield County Sheriff's Office, Armando Mayo escaped from jail Monday night. Deputies said he was released by mistake after he allegedly impersonated another inmate who was scheduled to be released, committing identity theft. Read More. |
