| Missing inmate caught in Stockton by special unit |

STOCKTON, Calif. (KCRA) — An inmate who was reported missing from the San Joaquin County Honor Farm was found Tuesday afternoon, the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office said. Leonard Earl Barnes, 52, was found around 3:30 p.m. in the area of Milton Road and Wilson Way in Stockton, the sheriff’s office said. He was found in a vehicle by a special unit assigned to locate him. Advertisement Barnes was reported missing Saturday after an inmate count at the honor farm. He was being held on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and had not yet been sentenced. Read More. |
