New Orleans police arrested an escaped inmate Wednesday. Hillery Leduff, 36, escaped Monday from Orleans Parish Criminal sheriff's deputies. The escape occurred at about 9:30 a.m. in the 2800 block of Gravier Street. Investigators found Leduff Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. at a vacant house in the 2600 block of Lapeyrouse Street. He was arrested without incident and taken to Central Lock-up, where he was booked with simple escape. |
