LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Several people were taken to a hospital after a crash downtown involving a corrections officer shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday. Officials said Louisville Metro Department of Corrections officers were transporting an inmate from their facility to University Hospital. Police said their vehicle collided with another vehicle at the intersection of 6th Street and Muhammad Ali Boulevard. Read More. |
