| Monroe sheriff says inmate climbs razor wire fence, escapes |

MADISONVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says an inmate climbed a razor wire fence and escaped, and they're now warning people to be on the lookout for him. MCSO said Ricky Dotson II, 28, was in jail on aggravated burglary charges and had a court date set for Feb. 20. Deputies say he ran off after hopping the fence around 5:45 p.m. Sunday.
