| Port Augusta Prison in lockdown as inmates stage stand-off |

THE Port Augusta Prison was in lockdown overnight as a group of inmates stages a stand-off at the facility. The Department for Correctional Services confirmed 11 prisoners climbed onto the roof of a shed in an exercise area at the jail about 2.15pm on Tuesday. They were still on the roof at 11pm.
