Columbia, SC (WLTX) - The South Carolina Department of Corrections has arrested two woman accused of trying to bring contraband into a prison. Lashonda D. Kelly and Edith Moore James were arrested Saturday. The Department of Corrections says that during visitation, they put the times in a white package that was placed under a tan and dark brown shawl.
