Wyoming Inmate Randall Dies at Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution |

Torrington – Alfonso Jose Randall, a Wyoming inmate, died from a lengthy illness on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington, Wyoming. Randall was sentenced on January 21, 2010 by Natrona County District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl. Randall was serving a 3-15 year sentence for 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse of a Minor. Randall was born on October 20, 1942 in McFee, Colorado. As per departmental policy an autopsy has been ordered. |
