| Police capture escaped inmate in Green Bay |

Green Bay Police have located and arrested an Ellsworth Correctional Facility inmate escapee who has been missing since April 20. After the SWAT team concluded their efforts at the residence on Norwood Ave., investigators were able to develop more Intel that led them to a residence in the 1800 block of Badger Street. While on scene, officers were able to gain consent into an apartment with the goal of locating Christine Abel. Abel attempted to hide and conceal herself after multiple attempts for her to comply.
