FCI Beckley inmate pleads guilty to weapons charge |

An inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution at Beckley pleaded guilty Thursday to possession of a weapon at the prison. Richard Ray Guerrero, 33, admitted he possessed a weapon June 30, 2017. The weapon consisted of a belt attached to two combination locks. The weapon was seized from him by a Federal Bureau of Prisons staff member. Guerrero faces up to five years in prison, consecutive to the sentence he is now serving, when he is sentenced Aug. 8. Read More. |
