| Boyle County prisoner escapes in guard's car |

DANVILLE, Ky. (WKYT) - An inmate is back behind bars after overpowering a guard and escaping from the Northpoint Training Center in Boyle County. The Kentucky Department of Corrections says Kenneth Bolin, 44, overpowered a corrections officer around 1:30 a.m. Monday. Bolin stole the officer's keys and escaped from the facility in the officer's car. The officer was not injured, according to Lisa Lamb with the Department of Corrections. Read More. |
