| Tecumseh inmate dies at hospital after apparent suicide attempt |

An inmate at Tecumseh State Prison died at a hospital Saturday, about an hour after being found unresponsive from what appeared to be a suicide attempt. Adrian Eagle Elk, 29, who was serving 24 to 39 years for several assaults and escape using force or a deadly weapon, was found in his cell at 7 a.m., the Corrections Department said.
