| Two inmate suicide attempts thwarted by Bexar County Sheriff's Office deputies |

Deputies at Bexar County's Adult Detention Center stopped two inmates from killing themselves Saturday evening, according to officials. The two separate incidents at the county jail occurred within an hour of each other, according to a news release from the Bexar County Sheriffs Office. Neither inmate was identified. The first incident involved a 32-year-old inmate charged with sexual assault of a child and possession of a controlled substance.
