Colbert County Sheriff's Deputies say one of two inmates have been recaptured. Brandon Hale, 23, was recaptured Tuesday night. Justin Whitman is still on the loose. Sheriff Frank Williamson told WAAY 31 the two escaped Tuesday from the Tuscumbia City Jail. Williamson said the men left around 5 pm. Read More. |
