| Prison inmate violated PFA by calling woman 80 times in 7 days, police say |

A Unity man in jail for burglarizing a former girlfriend's home and spying on her from a neighbor's crawl space is accused of trying to call her 80 times in seven days. State police said Terry Lee Marincic Jr., 50, made the calls from the Westmoreland County Prison between April 27 and Friday, violating a protection-from-abuse order a Youngstown woman has against him. A contempt charge was filed against Marincic Monday in connection with the phone calls, according to court records. Marincic has been incarcerated since April 25 after repeatedly violating a court order that he stay away from the woman, who obtained the PFA order on April 9. Criminal charges were filed by state police last week alleging that Marincic hid under a neighbor's home on April 25 to spy on the woman and broke into her house two days earlier, overturning furniture and slashing couch cushions.
