A Delaware Department of Correction officer has been identified as the victim in a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred Monday. According to the Delaware State Police, the 21-year-old motorcycle operator killed along Route 273 near Ruthar Drive on May 7, 2018, was Elijah Green, 21, of Newark. Green, a Corrections Specialist with the U.S. Army Reserves, graduated the Correctional Employee Initial Training Academy Class 220 on July 7, 2017. Read More. |
