SMYRNA, Del. - Authorities report that drugs and cell phones were among the items seized after they were sent to a Delaware prison. The Delaware Department of Corrections says on Wednesday, a suspicious package containing contraband was shipped from and outside location to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center. Authorities say the package was mailed using a fake vendor name. According to the report, over 7oz. of marijuana and three cell phones which were packaged in various 4lb. bags of coffee were found inside the package.
