An inmate at the Floyd County Prison, Leslie Vicks Jr., 35, is facing additional charges after he was found smuggling in two cellphones. Reports said that both cellphones were found in his slippers. On of the cellphones was a Samsung touchscreen and the other was an LG touchscreen. Read More. |
