A 43-year-old inmate is accused of breaking a window in the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center, causing over $2,000 in damage. Nathan Jens Frankforter is being charged with felony criminal mischief. On May 16, deputies responded to a report of criminal mischief. A window in Frankforter’s cell was broken to the point where the window and its frame could have been knocked completely out, according to court documents. Read More. |
