SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The Springfield Fire Department says two employees of the U..S Medical Center for Federal Prisoners were injured in a fire Monday afternoon. The fire department says the workers were soldering the guttering of an inmate housing unit when that sparked a small fire on the exterior wood deck.
