SPIRO, Okla. (KTUL) — The Oklahoma Department of Corrections has learned that Jess Correctional Center walkaway Mark Riffey has been arrested by Spiro police. Riffey had walked away from Jess Dunn Correctional Center on May 29. He is currently serving time for child abuse, kidnapping, rape, assault and battery of a police officer and domestic abuse.
