BURGIN, Ky. (WKYT) - Prison officials say four inmates were injured during an assault at Northpoint Training Center. According to the Department of Corrections, the center was affected by a power outage on Sunday night. During the power outage, the DOC says a group of inmates damaged some windows and lights. Corrections officials say four inmates were taken to a local hospital for minor injuries. They were treated and released on Monday. Read More. |
