DOVER — A 32-year-old Magnolia man failed to return to Morris Community Correctional Center from an approved work pass Wednesday, the Delaware Department of Correction said. Tyrell Redwine’s whereabouts were unknown and unauthorized at this time. The DOC said a warrant for escape after conviction was issued. Redwine was described as a 5-foot-6, 165-pound black male with brown eyes and black hair, a scar on his left forearm and tattoos on his right and left arm, upper right arm and left forearm.
