| Inmate walks away from Bakersfield re-entry program |

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is asking for help tracking down a man who walked away from a re-entry program in Bakersfield. Authorities were notified Deontrey Johnson, 20, left the Male Community Re-Entry Program just after 2 p.m. Tuesday. His monitoring device had been tampered with, according to CDCR. Johnson is 5-foot-9 and weighs 147 pounds, according to CDCR. He has black hair and brown eyes. Anyone who sees him should call 911. Read More. |
