| New Hampshire inmate escapes Concord facility |

CONCORD, N.H. — An inmate at a minimum security jail has escaped from that facility and the public is advised to be on the lookout. The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announced Tuesday evening that the inmate — 55-year old Lawrence John Eldridge — failed to return to the North End House Transitional Housing Unit in Concord at 3 p.m. that day and was placed on escaped status. Eldridge is described as a male with brown hair and blue eyes, standing 5-feet, 11-inches tall and weighing 215 pounds. Read More. |
