Authorities search for Kern County inmate who walked away from alternative custody program |

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Authorities are looking for a Ridgecrest man who walked away from the state's Alternative Custody Program. Officials are looking for 42-year-old Brian Pipping. He was approved to participate in the Alternative Custody Program, but never showed up for a scheduled meeting with a parole agent in Visalia Thursday. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said his last known whereabouts were the Hanford train station when he left in a cab at 7 a.m. Wednesday. Read More. |
