EL PASO, Texas - An inmate from a prison in Anthony, Texas went missing on Tuesday afternoon. Shortly after 5 P.M., Omar Castro was discovered missing from the Federal Satellite Camp Prison La Tuna, a minimum-security facility that currently holds 314 offenders.
