| CDCR looking for man who removed GPS device and walked away |

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) said a man in their Male Community Re-Entry Program (MCRP) walked away from the facility in Bakersfield Sunday. At about 1:20 p.m., it was reported Ronald Brooks' GPS device had been tampered with. An emergency count and search was conducted and the 31-year-old was not found.
