A Spokane County Jail inmate died Tuesday, the sixth inmate who has died at the jail in the past 13 months. The inmate was found dead in his cell at 1:10 p.m. when inmates were being released from their cells for recreational time, the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
