LINN COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) - An inmate is back in custody at the Linn County Correctional Center after he went missing earlier this week. According to the Linn County Sheriff's Office, Jeffrey Blozvich turned himself in at 2:30 a.m. Thursday morning. He was at Saint Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids for medical treatment on Monday.
