Texas woman sent meth-filled greeting card to inmate, police say |

A woman who sent a handmade card to a loved one in a Wichita Falls prison is in jail herself after a mailroom employee reportedly found a bag of meth concealed within a "suspicious bulge" on the card. Sara Elizabeth Russell, 29, is in a Wichita County jail with a $10,000 bond. She faces up to 10 years in jail and a $10,000 fine if convicted of prohibited substances and items in correctional facility. Investigators suspect the inmate she sent the card to had made it himself and mailed it to Russell, instructing her to glue the meth behind a picture and tape around the edges, the Wichita Falls Times Record News reported.
