Alabama inmate recaptured after escape from Baldwin County facility |

An inmate at a work release center in Loxley, south Alabama, was recaptured Monday morning after briefly escaping, according to an Alabama Department of Corrections press release. Alan Cantorius White, 21, escaped a little after 6 a.m. Monday morning from the minimum security facility in Baldwin County. White had been serving a 10 year sentence for being a felon in possession of a pistol. He was convicted in Nov. 2016. Read More. |
