A burglary inmate has walked away from Jackie Brannon Correctional Center Sunday morning, officials said. According to police, Morgan L Mitzner, 57, was last seen at the correctional center around 3:50 a.m. Mitzner was serving a 30-year sentence for a second-degree burglary conviction out of Delaware County when he walked away.
