There's no quenching this guy's thirst ... for lawsuits. Santiago Gomez, Westchester County's most litigious inmate, has filed a new federal lawsuit, this time against the sport drink Gatorade. Gomez, 32, claims in the hand-written, seven-page complaint that he became sick after drinking from a 20-ounce bottle of Gatorade "fruit punch" on June 14 while at the Valahalla jail. "When he opened the plastic bottle by cracking the security feature and taking two large sips," the lawsuit said, "the juice tasted like a wine flavored drink and caused plaintiff to vomit uncontrollably, nausea and severe stomach pain which resulted in diarrhea."
