| Inmate at Travis County Correctional Complex dies |

AUSTIN, Texas — An inmate at the Travis County Correctional Complex has died. According to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 9 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 4, Arthur David Westley, 48 was found unresponsive in his cell.
