The Montana Department of Corrections and Alternatives, Inc. are enlisting the public's help in locating an offender who walked away from Passages Women's Program located in Downtown Billings around 10 p.m. on Friday August 3rd. 22-year-old Cassandra Quintana is described as a Hispanic/Caucasian female.
