CURRY COUNTY, N.M. - A 25-year-old inmate is on the run Tuesday after officials say she overpowered a health-care worker and escaped from the Curry County Detention Center. It happened just after 9 p.m. Monday. Authorities are now searching for Kaitlyn Martinez-Arington. Curry County Sheriff Wesley Waller told the Eastern New Mexico News that she was last seen walking on Eighth Street in Clovis wearing a white shirt, yellow pants, and socks. Read More. |
