VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - The Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) is investigating the death of a Valdosta State Prison inmate on Wednesday as a suspected homicide. According to GDC, Joshua Roman is believed to have died as a result of injuries he received during an argument with another inmate.
