CHIPPEWA COUNTY, MI (WNEM) - Deputies in the Upper Peninsula said they have found an escaped tether inmate. Chippewa County Deputies said Bailey Marie McKechnie, 20, cut her tether off on August 8 at a location in Sault Ste. Marie. She was an inmate on a tether and was awaiting sentencing on drug charges.
